選用以圓孔及大中小型管的側壁涂裝工藝設備，它是應用無氣噴塑機輸送管來的高壓低壓藝術漆，依據特別制作的霧炮，使藝術漆霧化吸入后隨時建立音箱喇叭形（園椎型、漏空），均地噴在管內表皮，得以確保管的涂裝工藝設備。 NKP-1型注意可用作Ф50-Ф300mm的水管，工業漆粘性不恰多于80秒（4號福特杯）。如何乳膠漆動力粘度超出80秒，需要加萃取劑配制。NKP-1型通常上不在管線段長度減少，但很好不長至15米。
