噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

兼有下列的優點：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、耐磨材料回收并率高，更加方便清換耐磨材料；

3、重要電氣開關零件均應用進口量貨品，極具性能方面安穩，人身安全可信度，利用生命周期長，定期檢查簡略；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、超聲波焊接機按照冷凝機組收塵，第一名級按照風暴區分器，第二名級用濾蕊式收塵體統，其總收塵速度達到99.99%之上；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各設定裝置電控裝置主要采用互鎖設定，當在這當中一設定裝置會出現告警時，有關系設定裝置均中斷做工作，噴槍中斷噴射出；

8、房體所采用工程裝飾方案，表面言簡意賅、自然、規定，消除噪音功能好，且裝方便。
